Get started using Windows Live
Browse the Windows Live page (click the menu link on the left or
click here) to see what you can do with the free Windows Live
programs and services.
Windows Live consists of:
- Live Essentials: free software such as Live Mail, Live
Messenger and Live Photo Gallery that you download and
install, and
- Live Internet Services:
free online services such as Live
Calendar, Live Hotmail and Live Skydrive for online storage
of documents and photos.
Windows Live Essentials Final Version Released
The Windows Live Essentials include Live Mail, Live Messenger, Live Photo Gallery,
Live Move Maker, Live Toolbar, Live Family Safety, Live Toolbar and
Live Writer.
The final release versions became available January 7 and you
can download them all or just those you want from
download.live.com.
Sites listing and links being updated
